How to Manufacturing Liquid Fertilizer?


Plant nutrient solution is nutrient liquid fertilizer, the concentration is not as high as solid fertilizer, but it has less impurities, is convenient to use, and is easily absorbed by plants. Although the plant nutrient solution is mainly used for hydroponic plants, it can also be used as foliar fertilizer and watering plants. It is one of the flower fertilizers with a relatively high utilization rate, and garden enthusiasts can keep it at home.


Liquid fertilizer includes clear liquid type, suspension type and paste type, but no matter which type of liquid fertilizer, different raw materials are stirred and mixed at a specified temperature.


The formula of suspension type and paste type fertilizer is similar to that of clear leaf fertilizer, but a larger amount of supersaturated fertilizer that is insoluble in water can be applied, so the concentration can be greatly increased.


Suspension type, paste type liquid fertilizer production:

Take ammonium phosphate, urea, nitrogen-containing solution, potassium chloride and trace elements as examples to produce suspended and paste-type liquid fertilizers. The process includes the following processes:

A. Prepare urea solution, mix and stir to dissolve with steam to prepare urea solution.

B. Add potassium ammonium phosphate, potassium chloride and trace element fertilizers.

Application of emulsification paddle ammonium phosphate. Potassium chloride and trace element fertilizers are slowly added to the urea solution for mixing.

C. Put the functional additives into the configured urea solution, raise the temperature to 70-80 degrees, and stir for 1-2 hours to obtain a uniformly mixed suspension liquid fertilizer.

D. Let stand for about 48 hours.

E. It can leave the factory after filling and packaging.
